I bought work shoes and after a few days of wearing them, I find that my right foot always hurts. I wasn’t gonna attempt to exchange the shoes since I have already worn them and thrown out the box. My bf called the store and talked to Ariana (the manager) and luckily she was very accomodating. She told my bf to let me know that I can return or exchange the shoes so I did exchange them for bigger size. She was extremely nice and helpful.
