After being a loyal customer of this brand for years, they refused to refund me for a full price blouse with all tags and labels attached. 3 days after purchase. The store clerk, ellona, only cares about rushing you through your purchase and makes you spend more money. As soon as the transaction is done they don’t care about you anymore. I will boycott this brand from now on. Beautiful clothes, disgusting return policy.
