I have dealt with BMO atUpper Canada Mall for 35 + years and I am still delighted with the service. The staff changes but frsome reason th service remains first class. Current Manger, John nd assistant Marica are dependable and knowledgeable - qualities often lacking these days in the greedy world of banking!!
