I purchased a tempered glass screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The gentleman informed me that once installed I'd have to recalibrate the finger print and increase the touch sensitivity. However, he didn't tell me up front that the fingerprint will only work 1 out 10 times or sporadically. I went back to get my money back or get a basic screen protector, the gentleman referred me to mobile klinik, a better store. Lol.
