I wish i could give zero or negative stars. Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service from staff at the barrhaven location. From the teller to management! Management (Allison) don’t care about clients and make lies to cover for branch mistakes! Will be moving away from bmo after many years of being a client, given they don’t care about their clients. Will be sharing my experience with the media.
