The lady who is in the shop doesn’t know the basic customer care service. She was not giving chance to look for choices… instead of that she forces everyone to buy those one that she wants to sell. we bought one jacket like that for our mom and she specifically said that it can be changed at anytime. We went to the shop with mom next few days to change the jacket, then the lady in the shop started to show her attitude. pls don’t go there friends.
