I bought Samsung Note 9 from them as new open box and almost a year later it just stopped recognizing any network. Took it back to them for repair which I was going to pay for because it doesn't have warranty ofcorse but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Official Samsung repair shop said this phone was opened before and numbers on the back of the phone DO NOT match numbers in your phone software. What kind of BS business is this? Selling fakes??? Or what? No apology no any attempt to rectify the situation. Do not recommend this place. Will not ever buy from them. I hope police gets involved and investigates this scam artists.
