We ordered 2 Jacob leather sofas and communicated with the store to make sure the delivery dates are clear and understood. Even though I talked to them a night before delivery, that took them more than 2 weeks, they delivered only one sofa. After a short dispute I was told that the second sofa will arrive in a week or so. I immediately called the management and was told in writing that it will be delivered the next day, just to receive an email a bit later that the delivery has been moved for Friday. I asked to talked to the guy in charge and he was incredibly rude and made threatening remarks if I ask for my money back. BEWARE: the operation is fishy, they don’t oversee the shipment and consider customer to be at fault. We will NEVER purchase anything from the The Fine Furniture store again! 0 Stars!!!
