I do not know how they are selected for customer dealing job. Even though they not provided potential information. They denied to issue my new debit card even they were convincing me to the your parent brach where you opened your account. What will happen if I opened my bank account at calgary not here in Toronto? Does it really make sense? Please atleast try to provide right information. Your other branch said that how they can denied. Really bad experience.

I have deposited 180 dollars on 26 June,2018. About three months ago in a Credit account. I was new here. By mistake, i did not take envelope and deposited tge money. I made complaints also but no action. SHIT SYSTEM OF SCOTIA BANK. I visited branch many times. They reply me with ( In a week you will get your money) IT IS NOT A WEEK. THIRD MONTH IS GOING ON. WHO TAKEN MY MONEY. IANDCKING SYSTEM OF SCOTIA IS GIVING ME FUCKING EXUSES. IF THEY CANNOT GIVE ME MONEY. ITS OKAY. BUT I WANT CCTV FOOTAGE.
