Well, since it was picture year had to go. Was there 20 minutes before opening, small line. experienced nothing wrong at the first desk and had a wonderful agent. When they asked to had an appt I mentioned I tried to make one for today but was stuck on yesterday. I mentioned at first desk also. I prefer going here than Sheridan Mall cause there you have to stand.

Received absolutely rude serviced at counter 14 today. Definitely needs some customer service training or time off. No matter all the obstacles ( even asking for 9 months of bank statements and trying to dispute my lease when she could not read the lease properly );she tried every obstacle possible to not complete the transaction. Why do our goverment services workers feel this entitled. When does she get to scan 9 months of my bank statements

The staff and supervisors dont know their jobs or how to read. Turned me back 3 times after waiting in a long cue even after booking appointment because a employment letter did not meet their wording even though all required info was in the letter. Im not sure if it was their incompetency or they were just racist. The same letter was sufficient at brampton & milton location. Dont waste your precious time at this location. Go anywhere but here. Very poor poor service.

I Went to other locations in mississauga It has long queue I came to this spot at 10.30am They gave me appointment to come back at 2.00 pm I came and i was done in 30 minutes
