when I arrived I picked out the colours I wanted while waiting. Once I picked them out I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she prepped my nails and executed the design perfectly. Service was quick and done properly. I’m from northern Ontario, and spend a lot of time outdoors (hiking, ATVing, sports, etc) and my nails held up the entire time without a single chip. I think it was bio-gel, that was set several times in the UV light.

I went to this place today. I wanted to know the price for this specific design that i wanted and the manager told me someone will help me out shortly. Then, I see this another lady preparing to do my nails without even asking me what I wanted. When I tried asking her for price and showed her the nails I wanted, she started getting upset and called me picky. Finally, she tells me they she will charge $60 and I was surprise because I usually pay $45-50 at this other location that I usually go to. I was also upset because I wish she had told me before starting my nails and now she had already started so I was stuck with them! Then she goes on to say "weren't you here last week asking for the price and saying this place is so expensive". When I told her that no it wasn't me, she said "no it was you, I remember". If I knew this place was so pricey and these ladies so unprofessional, why would I go back? And if it really was me, why would I not admit it? She made me feel like a liar and so by this point I was totally loosing it. So I asked her to stop right there and remove whatever she has done so far. She and the other ladies made me pay $10 for the 5 mins they had spent working on my nails. Guys, these this place is a disaster and the ladies are completely unprofessional. Such poor service and attitude. The manager doesn't care at all. Do not go to this place.
