On 2 April 2018 I made a $12.90 purchase for which I paid using debit. Unfortunately, the antiquated equipment double billed me. When I confronted the owner he refused to return the money he owed blaming my bank. Since my bank is at the same mall I went there to confirm the double billing occurred at the point of sale which they did. After receiving a letter, signed and stamped by the bank manager, I went to the store again to retrieve my money. He still refused. I went back to the bank and asked if there is more they can do for me. They did. The manager went with me to the store, explained it's an issue at the point of sale, the owner pretended to understand and go through his receipts to verify while the manager left. As soon as she did so, he refused to pay back what he owes and blamed the bank for double billing me. The owner is a liar and a thief. Stay away.
