I use to hear people say Freedom mobile is a shitty company DO NOT go with them. But I didn’t listen so take my advice DO NOT go with them. Upon getting a phone with Freedom I was told they have a 15 day return policy. The phone that I got happened to be defective shutting off constantly, glitching, and not function properly upon returning the phone within the 15 day mark... they refuse to take the phone back talking about it has scratches on it. I wish I could show a picture because the phone Is actually in mint condition. Like seriously who does this? With everything going on in the world right now I find it extremely hurtful that phone companies still try to scam people out of money... this is such a piss off! Freedom Mobile lacks integrity, customer service, and their coverage sucks.... highly disappointed!

The lady that helped us tonight purchase the iPhone 11, was ver patient despite the previous difficulties we had at another location.
