Bad service | by Edmin Avdic on Mar 15, 2022
I paid my credit bill and the teller asked me if I would like to see balance. No I said to him. In my head I already know it. So TD tellers are allowed to look and print out balance when they want to. That's privacy breach.
Lesson Learned | by Mujtaba Awan on Oct 11, 2020
Very poorly managed TD branch in Mississauga. Customer service at its lowest level. They need to educate their staff how to respect and behave with the customers who have invested money in TD or even coming for a normal business. Staff also need to educate them selves about the various accounts as they are mis guiding customers and not giving them the conditions involved with certain accounts. Staff needs to be more diversified and not from one background only.
