I have tried several times in the past to shop at this store, each time I had to leave. The store was too busy and sales associates were all busy attending to other customers. I’ve shopped during the week, it was better. I found the sales associates in skin care were much more available and helpful. However today, I had the worst customer service experience, I’ve been many places, shopped at low end and high end stores but nothing compare. There were 2 sales associate chatting away about make up, no other customers near them, I approached them for help. Not even one of them looked at me. I stood beside them for a few more minutes, still nothing so I asked for help again and the woman named MAYA turned to me and said “we’re talking, you have to wait!”. She was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t know what kind of training she received. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. This person should be working by herself in a little cubicle where no one could and should ask her for anything. God forbid if I insisted she might have yelled louder...this store hardly ever have things that I need. I find I have to order whatever it is I’m looking for, unfortunately I had to wait almost 10 business days for my order to come. If I can give a negative review I would give them -10. Rudeness is u called for especially when you’re dealing siht paying customers.
