I had worst experience wit RW&Co. I bought bunch of clothes from this store.One top & my husband's sweater didnt find size so we bought those along with other clothes and got those 2 items shipped.After 1 month wait I called and found out very next day they canceled my order & nvr called me.After long waits I managed to talk customer service & they said,they sent cheque.Its been 12 weeks I didnt receive any check& store isn't returning my cash.

I'm somewhat of a regular at this location, and the main reason for that is product as well as the excellent customer service I receive from the staff. They have a very friendly approach and make honest suggestions with their products. A real stand out from the rest is an employee by the name of Rome. He practically knows everything about the product line up and is always readily available to serve customers. Julia another employee there also helpful and efficient when dealing with multiple customers, and she's kinda cute too. All in all a great place to go to update your wardrobe.
