Went to pick A charm for my wife. The first girl that helped me was clueless about the meanings of the charms. Another associate, Tinesa came to help her out. Ended up leaving with THREE charms and 2 clips (way over my $80 budget). In the end it turned out great. Not only did she explain the meanings behind them, she also wrote them down for me. My wife absolutely loved them.
