I had bought a dress from Marciano being told that I would be able to return it without any problems. The next day I realized that the dress was not the one that I had wanted and I wanted to return the dress. I went to the square one Marciano location and was rudely denied the opportunity the exchange the dress as the store manager claimed it was overused and "had an odour" . The store manager was extremely rude and brushed me off without listening to the fact that the dress was bought only a day before and was unworn other than in the fitting room that day. Feeling humiliated and embarrassed as the store manager constantly said "there's an odour in the dress" infront of other customers I quickly left the store. I would like to complain about the store manager at the square one Marciano location as she is rude and offers terrible customer service. Being unable to return the dress has made me regret shopping at Marciano and I will definitely not be a returning customer in the future.
