I went to return an item yesterday. An employee, large, long black curly hair, said to me in an insulted voice "You cannot get a refund, exchange only" The item was bought 8 days ago. So, I told her that the exchange refund policy is "We'll gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange on items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase" Attitudes like that makes me stay away from this store.
