I was at H&M at Square One to return an item. It was purchased during the extended holiday return policy. I had TWO employees telling me that I can't return the item bc it was past 30 days. Despite me telling them about THEIR holiday return policy. They kept saying online purchases are diff and they are rated a "top store" so they know what they are talking about. I had to show them their own return policy and the manager came and told them too!
