On September 8, 2016 I visited Bentley store at Square One mall, Mississauga ON to purchase some school bags. When I was done after getting the items I needed I went to the cash and while walking towards the cash I informed the only lady employee in the store that I am done and I want to pay. It was not busy at all and I was the only customer in the store at around 12:30 p.m. The employee saw me waiting but kept on re setting the already set bags in the aisle/shelf. Then I called her and said I am done can I pay please, she looked at me and nodded, but still kept on resetting the bags. Two three more minutes passed she kept on resetting the already set bags and did it come and attend me at the cash. When she came at the cash she still was in no mood to finish with me, asked me to purchase some credit card protection item at the register, despite my refusing kept on yapping her sales pitch. Seriously what is this nonsense pathetic behaviour??? Having no regard for a customers time!!!! Is Bentley so desperate to make customers stay at the store just for the sake to prolong and may be they would get some more stuff CHEAP & LOW APPROACH.
