Waited in line for 10 mins to exchange a candle that arrived broken in the mail, only to be denied because it was an online purchase from the US site. All I wanted was to switch it out for the exact same candle. I know other locations that have exchanged candles without a receipt before just because the customer didn't like the smell (after it's been burned too!), so I don't understand why I had a problem with a receipt on an item that arrived damaged. Never had a problem with BBW before so not sure if policies have changed, but am really disappointed with the customer service at this location.
