Highly unorganized pharmacy. Wife went for a Covid test on a Monday and left with the instructions to get results through the regular government site. Thursday comes around with no results so we call and they say just to wait. Called back Friday morning to check that she was even in the system because we were suspicious that they screwed something up. Well turns out our suspicions were correct. They inputted the wife's name with a Ch instead of a K. Had to drive there for them to give us a printout from the lab. Staff was rude the whole time. Getting the lab printout we saw that the results came in on the Tuesday, her name was correctly spelled but her health card number had an extra digit to it. They cost me nearly a week of missed work due to their carelessness! Would avoid the pharmacy here, just check out all the other google reviews.
