I brought my duffle bag for a repair at this store and the gentlemen examined the bag and explained to me how he is going to rectify the issue. I dropped the bag on Sep 28th and he told me to pick it up on Oct 3rd 2023 (my travel date is/was in less than 24hrs). When I reached the store, he told me that he cannot fix my bag. I wish he told me on Sep 28th, I wish he apologized. It is a family business and I like supporting, I hope that this helps.
