I cant believe this customer service at this place..HORRIBLE! they were abusive in language, the manager was rude and to be honest I felt that it has something to do with my skin colour. that manager should be fired. A bad example to the staff. I would never step into that store again I’m thinking about leaving Rogers they don’t care about you, we are just one of a millions customers. It shows that they think that too. They refused to help me & the staff were all gossiping and showing things to each other on their phone and laughing. There was two customers (Me and one other guy) in there waiting for service and they were holding us up for so long. With covid 19 going especially this shouldn’t be going on.
