This has been one of my worst experiences with a small business owner where they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and if any business large or small behaved this way, it would have closed down many years ago. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all. They promised to call me and settle a return purchase, I have yet to hear from the. They hide their policy against the wall and cover it with bottles so that it isn't even visible to the eye unless you are told where to look and they wont sat anything about their policy at the time of purchase. They have the worst sales person, where they accuse you in directly of being stupid. Please do yourself a favour and don't do business with this store, if you have a return or exchange, good luck to you. I wouldn't even rate them a zero, but had to place something to process this review. I have currently sent a complaint with the BBB and they said they don't even care, how is that for customer service.

On May 7,2016 I wanted to bye shoes for my mother. They did not have size so they offer to order them for me but I have to pay them in advance what I accepted. Next day I came to pick them up but they ordered completelly wrong model so I asked for my money back. Sales girl says that she does not have permission to do that but she will leave a message for manager and she will do that next day. Today is May 22 and my money is not back on my credit card. I am going again to the store to check what is going on.
