Went to buy furniture for kids on my birthday but the lady was so rude. Asked me to train my kids better as kids sat on the couch and bunk bed covered by plastic sheet, couple time to see which one was more comfortable. My little one just touched a table in the front and before I say anything this lady started screaming if you get hurt we are not responsible, your kids are jumping around in the store, also told me to train my kids better. I was not in the position to explain or apologize if she had not liked my child touching a table or my other two checking bedroom sets. My son has a medical condition and I felt very uncomfortable, embarrassed at her remarks. I was so shocked to see her scream from her chair, many times when we stopped to look at a piece of furniture, "Do u need any help???, without getting up from her chair. I said to her its my birthday and I came from so far to buy 3 kids bedrooms sets. I did not understand what I had done wrong by letting my kids choose for themselves what they liked in store. Two weeks ago I was passing by Rockwood Mall when I visited this store and decided to come prepared to spend over $15000. Manager kept saying go away just have urself a nice day, when I tried to explain my side and she would'nt let me talk. Best birthday gift ever to me and my kids.. Very heart broken today for such a harsh treatment. Hope she feels better. May God Bless and heal this women from whatever stress she is going through...so no one gets judged and treated like how we got treated today..

Worst customer service ever, the delivery was late by 2 weeks and the manager was so rude each time we ask about the delivery she hang up and when we received the product it was damaged
