My family and I have visited this jeweller for years to have our jewellery repaired and cleaned! I receive great service every time and the jeweller who owns the store is very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend him to all of my friends. I also change my watch batteries here and order custom designs.

I have been a long time customer and recently went in to buy a gift for my wife. Service was unacceptable from the store manager. The white-haired lady, who I believe is named Jeanie, gave me sarcastic remarks and overall poor service. She was incredibly rude and I overheard her talking badly about me as I walked away when I did nothing but be polite. This is a nice independently owned business, who should not have someone like her be the face of the store. Will reconsider walking in there when she is working, and plan on dealing directly with the boss next time. Very fake and two-faced lady.
