very slow, can not get proper answers to our question. One of the ladies just was busy talking to her boy friend . went back few times and the same thing - just waaiting to talk to each other. That should happen during office hours Will not go back there

Our family has been to Fido in Rockwood Mall, a few times this year in 2020. It was very pleasant and we experienced exceptional and professional service in a timely manner. Milin attended to us always. He was knowledgeable, humble and thoughtful. Milin always made sure that each one of us got the best mobile phone according to our individual needs instead of pitching the sale. He went to the extra mile in a friendly relaxed way and educated us. Fido needs more employees like Milin.
