Dejavu receipt: states NO refunds ! returns within 14 days with receipt and unworn shoes, Why are they using the exclamation" ! " on the receipt between no refund ! returns. instead of and or say no refunds and exchange only within 14 days. They insist size 7.5 is a size 6 very misleading in their sales and their communication with customers. I hope to make the Marketing Director of aware this is not good business for Rockwood Mall.
