They are pleasant as long as you don't have an issues. As soon as I called concerning a dress they sold me was torn and taped, they turned nasty and buyer beware. I was not looking for a refund but instead I wanted a replacement. Their solution was to exchange the size 4 dress for a size 8. How much sense does that make!! I will never shop here again

I shop at Rockwood City Smart often, Why? City Smart has beautiful clothes, high quality mostly mad in Canada and great prices. Every piece that I buy makes me feel and look like a million dollars. The designers they sell have a flair for French fashion and they have clothing you cannot see in other stores. I have come to know the staff and owners and they all treat me like a lady and valued customer. I would highly recommend this store to any woman that wants great style and great value.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Barbara is such a wonderful lady with a keen eye for fashion. She is honest and will always tell me if something doesn't look good on me. The minute I walk in the store she becomes my personal shopper. I love it!
