A lot of fond memories as a child shopping with my late Mom and current living Dad going clothes shopping in the mid 80s at the once known Kmart grocery shopping at the once known Dominion the other fine stores in that mall going to the dentist going to the once known Beckers then Macs shopping at the once known Beaver lumber going to the picture shop called direct film looking at how film is developed and living across the street by ottewell.

do not buy from them delivery was supposed to be in 4to 6 weeks ,when i contacted them after 5 weeks for a delivery date they said they didn.t have the wood to make the frame now 7 weeks still waiting i am a senior with no couches to sit on wished i had go to a bigger retail store. Make sure u read the contract you cannot cacel and they can take as long as they want for delivery very disappointed

I come all the way from Burlington because my bank is at Rockwood.I enjoy the hours I spend there (CIBC, Little Caesars, Food Bank, Sweet Lingerie,Winners, Cleaners for alterations,and more) The staff in all the stores are polite and most helpful.....

I don't how these stores can ever open again they have pay rent no money coming in only dollar store food basics and bank will be left and rest good bye if cant make money you cant make it you still have pay rent for your store

It is good to see seniors hanging out there having their coffee and conversations. I think the mall needs to replace some of those retails stores with more modern stores so as to attract all age groups of people. Otherwise, it is a quiet mall and clean mall.

Alot of seniors who just sit around at coffee time. Quite a few vacancies, noticed for months. Needs stores for younger crowd also, brand store like Bluenotes, Stitches, Sirens, McDonald's to bring more crowd. Mall is dead, dead dead from 3:30pm Only like 2 good stores there. Also a Nofrills would be better than food basics at this location Everything in mall is outdated

I cant understand why Rockwood Mall would host and allow Star shoes to do business in this gem of a mall. They provide poor customer service, one of the worse I have every experienced, treat their customers like crap. They shouldn't renew their lease. Really shady and that's not what Rockwood mall is all about. Really disappointed.
