I encountered Denis at Christmas 2017 when trying to choose a turkey. He was most helpful, accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I selected the correct one for my needs. I was so impressed then with his cheerfulness, willingness to help, good-naturedness, that I meant to send accolades to the Management then, but Christmas took over. my time, However, I returned this last week to purchase some chicken, and Denis again was so friendly, helpful, kind, and accommodating that I was not going to miss an opportunity this time to let Management know just how much of an asset Denis is to your store and to the reputation of our local Metro. His manner of serving the public is exemplary and serves as a role model for how all employees ought to be towards their customers. I enjoyed his cheerfulness and admired his actions in assisting his customers. I hope you will let Denis know my comments.
