I had a very bad experience when I visited this office for activation of new freedom line. The guy was non professional and rude. He left the take incomplete and sent me home. I will request every one not to visit freedom store for activation of new line and waste 30 dollar and to suffer humiliation. Please call freedom help line and they will activate for you.

I went to the Streetsville store on Friday to change my plan...they told me to call customer service.... Went to the Meadowvale store on Subday and 5 minutes later my plan has been changed... I will go to this store from now on...Great guys at this store and will take the time to help you... Very happy customer...
