Heartland is my local Walmart. I visit the store multiple times per week. Lately the customer service has been very poor, only for lack of associates working on the floor. Over the last month, I have walked around the store and counted under a hand full of associates working on the floor. When I actually find an associate for help, they very helpful. Very frustrating when I have to go to cosmetics to get help in another department.

Slow customer service ever. Customer service is full of looser, Slow like a turtle. They made me wait 45mins and they all looked like crazy people, when my turn came then the customer service employee asked me how are you, i told her that tired of waiting and its very slow service because 3 employees are busy with 1 customer but insted of sorry she said to me that i work for wal mart not you. That shows bad customer service and on there wall it says customer satisfaction garantee. Hahaha lie.
