called samsung 1800-726-7864 & spoke w/Eunice who was CLUELESS. Said I had to erase, then reload, to install Samsung app, etc. AND SHE couldn't do it, said I had 2do it on my own! On another occasion I went to Heartland who told me my Samsung phone was no longer supported - couldn't get a new battery.

I have been back and forth to the store because my phone does not work. It shuts off and resets my phone randomly. I came to the store 4 times and it still has the same issue. All they did was complete a system test after system test. I recorded a video of what happens to the phone and showed it to the employees as well as the manager and still, no action or solutions were made. I've been a Samsung user all my life, yet this phone is nothing but trouble. Customer service at this location has been terrible. I'm currently on the phone with the head office to get a solution and I've been on the phone for an hour to speak to a customer relations rep. Unlike the apple store, Samsung takes forever to test a phone, give the customer a solution, and help them out. The same issue occurred 4 times and I am really frustrated with this phone, the service, and the company as well.
