I called ahead to Ricki's @ Heartland on Dec 3 looking for 3 sweaters, the descriptions I gave were not great at all but the sales associate working was very knowledgeable and she somehow knew what sweaters I was looking for and was able to find 2 of the 3 sweaters in my size M and put them on hold for me. She was extremely friendly, which was very welcoming and was fast and knew where all 3 sweaters were located on the sales floor asap. That was the most friendly and fast service I have received and I want that associate to be acknowledged for her hard work. This sort of service I received just doesn't exist anymore and it meant the world to me to actually speak and meet someone that was so genuine, helpful and enjoying helping others. thank You. "Sorry that I cannot remember her name but there were only 2 employees that closed on Dec 3 so ask both they will remember as they were both very friendly.
