My wife decided to beat the Christmas rush and went to Golf Town Heartland on November 14th for golf balls for her father. We walked into the store and was greeted by the "older female with blonde hair" as in previous reviews, but can inform she's not the general manager. Went to the ball section and there was two posted with signage deals. My wife decided to go with the Callaway ball as the posted signage stated it included free personalization (perfect for the gift). We then waited at the installation desk for quite some time, before the actual general manager "older bald guy" redirected us to the front. The cashier hadn't a clue about anything involving the store besides ringing your items through. The same greeter "older blonde lady" then advised that we had to return to the installation desk. The male general manager (now frustrated with his staff that don't now anything about sales or how to handle our request) then brings us back to the front. The day ended with us back at the installation desk and the older blonde placing the order into the computer. We were notified approximately 2 weeks turn around for the advertised personalization. One month goes by, still no call...okay COVID maybe delayed right? So I call, only to be notified the order is not ready and will be looked into. Received a call three days later notifying that the order was misplaced. Was then given the option of placing a new order that would be completed in a timely manner, but however not the balls we wanted and paid for. Showed up today for pick-up, funny enough older blonde delivered the balls. Had a brief conversation, which she had fully remembered the event...and when notified of my displeasure, I was given the "It happens" attitude. In the end, the only thing enjoyable about the whole Golf Town experience, was watching her lock herself out of the store as I drove away!

They were very helpful to go out of their way to help us in getting what we need. Next month I'll be heading out of the country to visit my brother who plays golf. I thought of getting him a ball marker with a magnetic hat clip. I've been trying my luck in golftown in the last 5 visits and they have not reordered the marker name that I have been looking for. This time cashier Amiliea offered to confer with her manager Devo when they could possibly place a stock reorder and Devo answered not for another month. He asked if we could spare a few minutes for to see what he can do for us. After a few minutes in the store Devo came back to us with information about another Golftown branch (Vega branch) who happened to have stock of what we're looking for. We really appreciate that effort and these employees deserve commendation for their dedication to customer satisfaction. More power to Golftown, manager Devo and cashier Amiliea. Oh and yes, my wife and I were so happy to get what we're looking for at Golftown Vega.
