A week ago I went to the heartland geox store to a buy a couple pairs of shoes, when I wore the shoes for the first time only few hours my toes were swollen and hurt. So, I went to the store at the same day to show the store manager my foot how bad it was. She said she couldn’t do anything for me about it, she offered me a bandage. She gave me a customer service number but nobody picks up the phone. I don’t think their shoes are good quality enough and they don’t have a good customer service either. I’m really disappointed with this geox brand!
