I went to return something at dynamite in heartland town centre. I had bought a leather skirt online, while trying the skirt on at home the tag had come off. I simply took the tag and the skirt along with my receipt to the heartland dynamite location. So disappointed when the associate their insulted me, telling me that she will not do a return for me. She told me I can only exchange or store credit. I spent $50 on this skirt and extra for shipping on top, I did not like the material or style of the skirt when i received it so i immediately went to go return the skirt. I tried to tell her that the skirt had not been worn, but she kept accusing me that the skirt was worn, she kept raising her voice as well. The situation got loud and she left to cash register telling me “I will walk away or i will say something out of character.” I am extremely disappointed, I am regular shopper at dynamite as per your policy with clothing bought online a return is guaranteed in store, i felt abused and disrespected. I can’t believe she claimed to be the manager at the heartland location. Please don’t ever return anything at dynamite, don’t buy from them online either, or even if you do beaware of the angry lady at heartland town centre, Don’t go there!! Awful, Awful service, absolutely disgusting. Never shopping at dynamite again! Also i asked for her name and she snapped at me saying its on the receipt, she did not provide her name. Her name was ‘Shaylene’ Beaware of this lady she is the manager at the heartland town centre dynamite location.
