Yesterday on 2nd August 2018 I went to Costco newly opened gas station in Heartland center, Mississauga. First and foremost, I must thankful for Costco management as they have opened this new gas station to server their Heartland area customers. In the past, I used to visit Costco Dundas street East location (12 km away) for gas and now it is really convenient for most of the customers. Although I was really delighted to visit newly opened facility, my joy was short-lived. I was really surprised to see the gas price was at 127.9 where as in Costco Dundas Street East gas station it was 124.9. I checked the gas prices in Costco Dundas online before I visit Heartland gas station. I called Costco Heartland admin office to inquire about the difference of prices. The person who answered the called said he is not aware about variation of gas prices and he transferred the call to store manager. My call was never answered by store manager and after few minutes call was disconnected. Later I tried to contact them but could not get through. I request Costco management to look into this matter?
