This is the worst experience I've ever had buy appliances. First the sales guy told me the wrong info about where to pick it up from. When my father went to the Brampton store he was told it wasn't there and they wouldn't help him with directions to the distribution center. He's old doesn't read or write well and has no internet 9n his phone. He asked them to write down the address and they just told him to Google it. He was lost for over an hour
