Returned to Heartland store in the afternoon of January 2nd. after finding the store closed in the a.m.and had a much nicer experience, the store clerk who served me was most professional and helpful as was the other clerk serving her customers. Sorry I was hasty in writing the comments of this morning.

January 2nd. arrive at your store a few minutes after 10am. find your door locked while surrounding stores accepting customers. I wait 20 minutes or so thinking maybe staff late, no arrivals of staff but other customers try your door. Leave, spend money at Marshall's, come back to Calvin Klein at 11am. and still find doors locked. Not a very good first impression. Plus there is no sign posting hours of operation.

This store is an incredibly hostile place. There are so many things wrong with the people and store in general. The staff is beyond rude to their employees and customers I have even witnessed a manager yelling at one of their employees. The store is beyond messy as well, it's impossible to find anything. I wanted to write a review because I was baffled at some of the things I witnessed. The staff really needs to be more of a democracy rather than a dictatorship. I don't know how people can shop there especially work there I don't know why you would even want to. Beyond disappointed with this location. If I could rate it no stars I would.
