While they provide a nice 6-month timeframe to return your products, you must do so by paying for your package to be returned to a place in Quebec that loses packages (FYI). It would be so much better if we could just go into the store and return the product or exchange it for the correct colour. In addition to this, I do not understand why managers do not stock all the shades/colours. This makes little sense to me. Otherwise, great products.
