The customer representative asked if I wanted a new Bay card. I was sitting on the chair trying on shoes and she raised her voice asking me how much money I made, how much debt I have and what my monthly expenses were. She did this infront of customers and my friend who was shopping with me. It was embarrassing and humiliating. As a retired teacher I left almost in tears and promised myself to NEVER shop at The Bay again!!!
