Any/all dealings with this store over the years has been positive. We are very satisfied with a replacement part for our Cuisinart Food Processor and most recently a fix to our Kitchen Aid Mixmaster. The process of "payment, fix, appliance is ready" notification has all gone smoothly. Courteous and efficient service. We recommend this store.

I took my espresso machine there twice and every time I took it home it wasn't working. They took $135 but have refused to give me my money back. Also, they told me and my son that a part for his shaver was going to be $15 and then when it was ready to be picked up they said the cost was $25 plus tax. I have tried on a number of occasions to resolve this espresso machine issue but they say they are going to do something but don't. These people lack integrity and take your money without providing services they were hired to do.
