When I bought for my wife the bracelet and charms 3 months ago from Erin Mills Town Center, the sales lady told us the charms are perfectly done and when you press the charm it will not open or fall down from the bracelet chain. She, assured us there is warranty for one year. These charms are expensive. Each charm is around $100. However, one charm was suddenly lost from the bracelet, that one piece which she told us it will not easy open or fall..! When we went back to the store to ask for replacement, they refused to replace the charm. They s aid the warranty is limited to cleaning or repairing, but they don't cover lost pieces even if it was due to manufacturing defects like in our case. We requested to talk to the manager but she went inside and the manager refused to talk to us and the sales lady said talk to the factory of Pandora. I told her we bought it from you and we are your customer whom you should help to resolve this matter, but she didn't care. My wife told her I have concern that other pieces may fall in the same manner and I won't take risk to wear it, so I want to change similar charms which can open. But also she refused justifying that they don't accept change after one month....!!!!!
