Why is customer service so bad? This store could be a jewel in Erin mills if it was properly staffed.

The prices of this store are high, but the service is very poor. Sales people are hard to find and will give you no information you need or always say they don’t know or in a bad attitude. It’s wired to shop there and you will feel very uncomfortable.

Went today to buy shoes, preferably SKECHERS. After looking I asked the person at the cash, who was writing something, and who said "yes" to my enquiry if they had any wide fitting SKECHERS, the answer , " no", and she went back to what she was writing, totally ignoring me.This is customer service? Was it because I was a senior who obviously didn't need her attention?
