In recent weeks I've gone to GNC and always found it closed with a sign stating "Be back in 15 minutes." I have no idea when the 15 minutes began but I wait for 15 minutes, 20 minutes and then a half hour. Other customers arrive in the meantime, and we all wonder if we should waste more time waiting or come back another day, or better still, head for Square One.
