I took my wedding ring to be repaired as it had a loose claw around the diamond. They let me know rhodium plating & repair would be $150. When I picked it up they had RUINED my ring! The diamond was pushed down on the side of the “repaired” claw it was completely & obviously uneven. Because it was pushed down so hard it actually moved the surrounding diamonds and now they are also UNEVEN. The ring was DIRTY. No rhodium plating was done.

Bought a wedding band that was chosen as yellow gold and after wearing my ring for one month it became Rose gold. I brought it back and it was “recovered” to yellow gold but it did not last for another month. Very poor quality.

purchased a white gold diamond ring which the owner stated he had put a coating on. the band turned to yellow after a month. Not impressed.
